Today we have a look at the ownership structure and history behind the Multilotto.com Casino. Given the fact that the website has the word “Lotto” embedded within, we can already assume the company behind it must have a lottery exposure of some sorts. And gosh, does it…
According to the company’s Wikipedia.org entry:
The company was founded in 2012 is headquartered in Malta (…) Multilotto is powered by Lotto Warehouse, which received the Malta Gaming Authority’s first B2B lottery betting license.
Which explains their lottery roots and also mentions a Cypriot beginning. I suspect the Multilotto Casino brand and function to be a product within the whole rather than a separate entity — which would explain why the Casino still flies a Lottery logo on its home page.
The company as a whole appears to have a solid foundation which includes not one, two or three — but FOUR licenses spanning the globe. As far as we were able to investigate they have acquired and held some of these licenses for at least two years, which are altogether as follows —
Curaçao License No. 1668/JAZ, Authorized and Regulated by the Government of Curaçao. Malta Class 1 on 4 License No. MGA/CL1/1264/2016. Ireland License No. 1012552, Authorized and Regulated by the Irish National Excise License Office. United Kingdom (UK) Gambling Commission License Reference No. 47707
Of particular interest are the Malta Gaming Authority’s very first Lottery Betting issue as well as having both UK and Irish licenses in tandem. We believe this makes Multilotto.com an officially brexit-proof Casino 😉
Going by the above information we would conclude Multilotto and their Casino to be owned and operated on sound conditions.
